How to solve the air pressure failure of the laser printer
The printer's air pressure failure was formed 5 seconds after the air solenoid valve was turned on. When the air pressure drops below about 60 psi (4.1 bar) for more than 20 seconds, we should analyze the cause of the printer failure from the following aspects:
1. The air source of the printer is cut off. Check whether the air pressure source is connected to the printer and the air pressure is in the "on" state.
2. The air source pressure of the printer is reduced to about 60 psi (4.1 bar) or less, and the input air pressure is increased so that many of the minimum values are required according to the type of ink used by the printer.
3. The air pressure detector is damaged. Use a resistance meter to check the working condition of the air pressure detection switch. Normally shut down is open, boot is closed, and then replace the air pressure detection switch.
4. The wire between the air pressure switch and the control board is disconnected or loose. Check the connection of the line first, and then replace the control board.
There may be multiple solutions to a malfunction of the printer. This requires our maintenance personnel to have rich maintenance experience. According to the above method, the causes of the malfunction are eliminated one by one, and the malfunction is resolved.
